Corporate law, innovation
and the third sector.

He has practiced corporate law for more than 20 years, focusing on shareholders’ agreements, corporate structuring and reorganization, investments and M&A. His disputes practice covers exclusion of shareholders, partial dissolution and corporate arbitration.

In innovation, he works on contracts for startups, investment rounds and regulatory risk in emerging technologies. In the third sector, he advises on drafting and reviewing bylaws and on the formation and governance of associations, foundations and religious organizations.

The firm also acts before higher courts in Brazil, including presenting oral arguments.

Urban air mobility
and eVTOLs.

Since 2026, he has been pursuing a master’s degree in Space Sciences and Technologies at ITA, studying rules and regulations applicable to urban air mobility and eVTOLs.

Entrepreneurship
and governance.

He is a co-founder of a technology-based company and an angel investor, with experience in corporate structuring, fundraising and negotiations with investors. He has served on the advisory boards of around seven startups.
